Subscription Policy

Welcome to Lunely. Our subscription service is designed to provide you with consistent delivery of your favorite products at a discounted rate. By opting into a subscription, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Subscription Discount and Commitment

When you choose our subscription option, you receive an immediate 20% discount on your order. In exchange for this discount, all subscription plans require a minimum commitment of two (2) successful payment cycles before the cancellation option becomes available in your customer portal.

2. Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions are processed automatically at the frequency selected during your initial purchase (e.g., every month). Your payment method on file will be charged at the start of each cycle until the subscription is canceled in accordance with this policy.

3. How to Cancel

Once you have completed the minimum requirement of two payment cycles, you may manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

Customer Account: Log into your account on our website to manage your active plans.

Subscription Portal: Click the green "Manage Subscription" button found in any of your order confirmation or shipping notification emails to access your portal and stop future recurring orders immediately.

4. Cancellation Deadlines

To avoid being charged for your next scheduled order, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle is processed. If a cancellation request is made after an order has already entered our fulfillment system or has been shipped, it will apply only to the subsequent billing cycle.

5. Refunds and Fulfillment

We are unable to issue refunds for subscription orders that have already been fulfilled or are in transit. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that a chargeback initiated while a delivered product is in your possession - and without following our stated return policy - is a violation of our terms of service.
